Newdowns, St Agnes
Newdowns, St Agnes was the site of a large existing industrial unit. We had worked with he client before and were employed to get planning approval
for conversion to residential.
Working with the Truro Planning Department a scheme was eventually agreed for four detached houses.
These were designed to fit in with the local buildings in form and appearance but to be very much of this century.
In response to the sometimes extreme weather that the site experiences the shape of each building provides at least one south facing courtyard protected from the westerly winds.
These are currently under construction.
